Recent Projects​

Yorkshire Company Ltd has successfully delivered a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects across Kenya and neighboring regions. Our proven track record spans healthcare, petroleum, residential housing, and road infrastructure, reflecting our capacity to handle complex, large-scale assignments with professionalism and precision.
In the healthcare sector, we completed the renovation of 15 superior ward rooms, construction of administrative offices, and a new hospital wing, valued at Kshs 85 million, between December 2014 and August 2015. This project demonstrated our expertise in specialized institutional facilities.
In the petroleum industry, we undertook the construction of a new petrol station and rehabilitation of two others for Tosha Petroleum in Ongata Rongai, Kajiado County, from July to October 2017, with a project value of Kshs 60 million.
In high-end residential development, we partnered with Homescope Properties to deliver the concept design, construction, and sale of 12 luxury townhouses, each sitting on a ½ acre plot in Karen, Nairobi. The project, valued at Kshs 380 million, ran from November 2018 to October 2019, showcasing our capacity in turnkey housing solutions.
